We will not charge for redelivery if you are not in when we call. Additionally, all items are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months from the date of delivery.

If you change your mind and wish to return your product we will, upon receipt of your return, inspect it and refund your money less than 10% restocking fee to cover our costs providing the product is returned to us in good condition. The product must be returned to us at your cost. We accept no liability for loss of items in the post as a result of you sending the item to us.

The 10% restocking fee and the return delivery costs do not apply if we are in any way at fault. If we make a mistake, we will hold our hands up and do whatever can to rectify the problem.

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery, any transport damage. Though, we would like to make it clear this is extremely rare.

If you tell us that parts of your TV stand are missing or damage, we will dispatch a replacement part free of charge.

You agree, by making an order with us, that any information you provide us with, including, but not limited to email addresses, can be used by LondonTVStands.co.uk to notify you of any special offers for existing customers, though you can 'opt out' of this service by emailing us.

The emails we send will be not exceed that of once a month and will always offer you a product at considerable savings, not available to the general public.

We will not pass your information on to any third party other than that of our delivery service, this is just to keep you informed of delivery and to be able to make a delivery.

None of the conditions above affect your statutory rights.
